Nvidia Geforce 320.18 WHQL driver damaging GPUs

A lot of problems with it

According to a post over at Modcrash that has been updated a couple of times, it appears that Nvidia Geforce 320.18 WHQL drivers might be actually damaging GPUs on some graphics cards and even degrade performance in Battlefield 3 game.

According to the post, people started to complain as soon as drivers were released back on 23rd last month and that same driver was just killing the Battlefield 3 experience. On the next day, users started to complain that after installing that same driver via Geforce Experience, system failed to POST and GPU was actually dead. To make things worse some other users posted problems on GTX 460 graphics card, GTX 680 in SLI as well as artifacts with GTX 660 OC in the Battlefield 3 game.

Same artifacts problems and BSOD was seen on the GTX 570 GPUs and some users posted screenshots of problems across multiple game titles including Bioshock Infinite, Metro Last Light, BF3 and Assassin's Creed.

In any case you should actually revert to older driver and Modcrash had some suggestions on what to do if you have already installed the new 320.18 WHQL driver. Be sure to tell us your experience with it in the comment section.
