Intel has decided to reduce prices of no less than 31 processors. The latest Intel price cut targets Ivy Bridge, Haswell as well as Bay Trail processors and varies between 4 percent and 26 percent reduction.

Taking a closer look at the price cut reveals that especially entry level processors for notebooks benefit. In this case the reduction is between 13 percent and 26 percent. Once we switch the focus to desktop processors there are the Core i7-4770R, Core i5-4670R as well as Core i5-4570R, which now feature lower price tags.
