Koolance with fullcover water block for R9 295X2

Quite heavy and quite expensive

It looks like the market for watercooling gear is flourishing these days. After Aquacomputer there is now Koolance who announce they will have a fullcover water block for AMD's brand new and insanely hot Radeon R9 295X2 in their portfolio.

As we already mentioned Koolance is producing a fullcover block, that provides active cooling not only for the two GPUs but also for the memory chips, the VRM and the bridge chip. Since this cooler is huge and mainly milled from copper, the weight of 1.41 kilogram doesn't come as a surprise. Apart from that the cooler received anti-corrosive nickel plating and the overall looks in silver and black make it suitable for a vast variety of builds. Regaring threadings there are G1/4 ones, which offer a wide compatibility range.

According to Koolance the new VID-AR295X2 cooler is available in their online shop for 179.99 US-Dollar, which is not exactly cheap. If you consider the amount of copper going into such a cooler, then it's definitely understandable.
