Conclusion

General + -
Gamdias created a good gaming keyboard, which features a lot of sweet functions for gamers. Build quality is decent and although there are a few flaws, it is nothing to be concerned about.   - Design

Manufacturing quality / Ergonomics   + -
The keyboard is made out of ABS, and it's pretty solid: once you put it on your table, it will not move at all. We had a small problem with a few keys that does not seem to be solid, but it could be an assembly problem. This keyboard, which features Cherry MX Blue switches, is far from being silent, especially when you are writing really fast.   - Building quality
- Sturdiness
- Noisy

Software   + -
The software is free and allows you to change every single thing on this keyboard. It is very functional but we must admit, though, that the interface is not so good, especially the font.   - Completeness
- Easy to use

Recommendation / Price   + -
Our final judgment about the Gamdias Hermes is basically positive, this keyboard performs well in every situation, it is made with quality materials and you can clearly tell that by using it. The lowest price found on Geizhals.de is 110€, which is pretty much the same as other mechanical keyboards. We think that Gamdias should try to lower the price in order to lure clients and make a name on the market.     - Price

Rating
We gave the Hermes from Gamdias 3.5 out of 5 stars.
