Installation

Installation of the be quiet! Pure Rock CPU cooler is quite simple and easy. be quiet! kept everything nice and clean as there aren't too many mounting parts. The thermal compound is pre-applied and heatsink is ready to install, right out of the box. The overall pressure on the CPU is quite good and there is one universal backplate with two different mounting screws to keep the CPU cooler in place. There is really nothing much to complain about, since this cooler is compatible with any modern socket. Considering a decent price point, this is certainly a pleasant surprise.

Due to its slim-design, the be quiet! Pure Rock does not block any memory slots or interfere with any other components for that matter. The fan clips are easy and practical to use. The clips are compatible with any 120 x 25mm fan.
