With the Abyssus gaming mouse, razer has produced an very good allround or gaming mouse. The mouse can be connected via USB cable and there is no need of any driver installation. The dpi and polling rate can be changed with the two switches on the bottom of the mouse.   - driverless installation

The Razer Abyssus Gaming Mouse can be used wether if you're left- or right-handed and it allows a very natural position of your hand. A well defined pressure point for every button is also very comfortable. Using the grippy mouse wheel also scrolling can be done absolutely effortlessly.     - large buttons

Generally the mouse comes with exceptionally good gliding characteristics. The small pads allow a very homogeneous experience. Paired with the weight and an low center of gravity it has a very good percision no matter if you're doing sudding or continuous movements.
