Body
First of all Besi decided to build the body of the case. In order to do this he wrote a program which the CNC machine needed to cut the body from a single piece of aluminium.
Front with ROG Logo
The next thing Besi needs to build is the circular front part to which the fins will be attached, when everything has been built. On the face side he'll cut out the ASUS ROG logo that it's perfectly visible in the end.
On these pictures you get a first impression what the case looks like when it's finished. Besi had to put a fixture in place on which the front part is being installed.
