Overview

At this point there is one thing which is quite special. SilverStone equipped this case with their 180 millimeter air penetrator fan. The manufacturer promises, that this fan should help keeping dust outside. Furthermore there are also air filters which help with that too. As we already mentioned this fan can be regulated. Should you be using a huge CPU cooler like the Phanteks we're using then you're in for some really good core temperatures. During our load tests with an Intel Core i7-3930K the temperatures never exceeded 55°C, whereas the ambient temperature was at 27°C. To keep the load on the CPU high, we used Prime95.

Overview

The bottom area of this case is most unspectacular. If you take a closer look at the delivery you can see that there are four rubber feet. We highly recommend to put them in place as soon as you take the case out of the box, otherwise it's well possible, that notch, which is well visible on the first picture scratch the surface to place this case on.
