Conclusion

General   + -
With the Sugo SG09 SilverStone has a case in its portfolio where their engineers were thinking about ever little detail, when it comes to the point how to save space. We can't imgine a way how to install the same amount of hardware we've put into this enclosure in an even smaller case. A closer look at the price shows that this case goes for almost 100 Euro (est. CHF 120.-). This isn't cheap, but if you keep in mind, that this case is quite complex to manufacture, then you understand why a price point below CHF 100.- (est. EUR 80.-) isn't possible.   - Dimensions - Not everybody might like the design

Manufacturing quality / Ergonomics   + -
Manufacturing quality is on a decent level. Positive as well as negative at the same time, that's what the fans are. Ususally very compact cases have temperature issues. In order to not run into this issue, SilverStone chose a powerful air penetrator fan with 180 milliemter diameter. If you run this fan at 700 rpm and the other two 120 millimeter fans at stock rpm, then the noiselevel is almost 40 dBA which is subjectively speaking audible. Should you feel the need to run the 180 millimeter fan at 1200 rpm, then the system becomes subjectively speaking well audible. On the other hand very comfortable are the possibilites for wiring this system neatly. We were surprise how easy it was to build a decent system altought there is almost not space at all. SilverStone even went to the point that the offer extra short power supply cables for the own PSU's only for this case.   - Build quality - Wiring - Noise level

Design   + -
Taking a closer look at the design makes one understand that SilverStone really had to be working after the premise "form follows function". If we had a wish free, we would redesign the front. Instead of a V-shape for the intake mesh we would go for a shape that is present on other part of the case too.     - Design language

Recommendation   + -
If you want to build a very compact system which offers space for a quite a lot of hardware, then the Sugo SG09 from SilverStone is just perfect for you.   - Gaming-PC
- Enthusiast build
- Desktop PC

Rating
The SilverStone Sugo SG09 gets very good four and a half out of five stars. The case comes at a price point of est. CHF 118.- (est EUR 98.-).
