EVGA has finally and officially announced their GTX 1080 Ti Kingpin Edition graphics card revealing the missing details, which weren’t discussed in the countless rumours that preceded the launch. As all the other Kingpin Edition cards before, the 1080 Ti version is also aimed at overclockers and performance enthusiasts.



With NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti Kingpin Edition

We’ve covered K|ngp|n breaking world records in the past and apparently the US American, living in Taiwan has done it again. This time he used one NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti Kingpin Edition card to set the bar in Fire Strike Extreme. The new world record mark is now above the 19K mark.



The fastest 1080 Ti?

It was simply a matter of time until EVGA would launch their GTX 1080 Ti K|NGP|N Edition. These cards are usually as fast as it gets and therefore the absolute flagship that can be bought. Already a few weeks ago, Vince "K|NGP|N" Lucido uploaded a few 3DMark scores in order to show some numbers. Today the card has been pushed even further.

With a pre-installed full cover water block

EVGA already has a wide portfolio when it comes to graphics cards but that didn’t stop them from launching yet another model. A few days ago, EVGA has introduced their new GTX 1080 Ti SC2 Hydro Copper graphics card which comes with a liquid cooling block.




Dark, FTW and Micro

EVGA is the last one amongst the motherboard vendors to announce their X299 motherboards. Like in the past, when a new chipset was launched, EVGA has prepared three new models. This time they have come up with two E-ATX form factor ones, which go by the name X299 Dark and X299 FTW K as well as a mATX X299 Micro.


Already available

EK Water Blocks has announced a new full-cover block for EVGA's GeForce GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 graphics card. The block is going to look similar to the model EK produced for the non-Ti version of the EVGA GTX 1080. As always the water block is available in different versions.

Featuring colored GPU shroud

EVGA announce their GTX 1080 Ti Elite Gaming series GPUs that feature custom colour options for the fan shroud. At the moment there are five colors available: black, white, blue, green and red. This new series is based on the already announced GeForce GTX 1080 Ti SC2 and GeForce GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 graphics cards.


Small differences in clock speeds

A few days ago, EVGA has shown three custom GeForce GTX 1080 Ti graphics cards. The new pixel accelerators include the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti FTW3, the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti SC2 and the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti SC Black Edition. While there are still no details on the availability, there is more information about the clock speeds.


4K IPS panel included

It looks like EVGA is going to sell a new high-end gaming notebook. The company has just launched the so called SC17 Gaming Notebook, which comes with a 17 inch, UHD screen with IPS panel. Apart from that the rest of the specs are pretty interesting as well.


Available in May

A few days ago, EVGA has shown a little teaser about one of the new GTX 1080 Ti custom based on the new flagship chip - GP102 - from NVIDIA. While there are still no details available regarding the clock speeds, there is more information about the EVGA lineup in general. The new series will include the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti FTW3, the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti SC2 and the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti SC Black Edition.


First triple fan cooler from EVGA

EVGA has now shown their new GTX 1080 Ti graphics card featuring their new FTW3 triple fan cooler, which should offer a significantly better cooling performance, compared to the previous dual-fan coolers. At the moment there aren't many details available about this model but since it belongs to EVGA’s FTW series it is supposed to deliver excellent performance.


RGB All-in-one

During CES 2017, EVGA has shown a new all-in-one water cooler for CPUs. While we have already seen all-in-one liquid cooling units from EVGA with their Hybrid series graphics cards, it's the first time that the company shows closed-loop water cooler for processors. With their new CLC series EVGA has a unit with 120mm radiator and one with 280mm radiator in its portfolio.


For graphics card and CPU

During CES 2017, EVGA has shown a new GPU cooler and a modular water cooling system for CPUs. With the iCX EVGA wants move away from its flagship ACX 3.0. Although no precise details have been revealed we can already say that the old cooler looks quite it looks quite similar to the new one. Apart from that EVGA has also come up with an expandable all-in-one water cooler.
